A cinematic war drama that tells the story of a soldier whose identity got lost in World War II. Through atmospheric visuals, carefully composed shots, and a muted color palette, the film captures the harsh reality of the story of forgotten soldiers. The short film is inspired by the poem ‘Onbekende Soldaat’, which reflects on the Battle of the Grebbeberg during World War II, where many fallen soldiers could never be identified. The film pays tribute to these forgotten soldiers and the sacrifices they made.
